US Car Hire With No Deposit.

Here at The Car Hire Team we are very happy to offer our clients US car hire with no deposit for reservations more than 8 weeks ahead of travel.  While this is not currently available as an automatic facility via our website, it is as simple as dropping us an email.

Please use our website to check for the car, supplier and package that you want, and then jot that down on an email. Please included the name of the lead driver (and their age), where and when (exact times please) you will be collecting the car, where and when you will be returning your car and your arrival flight number if you have it. That is all the information that we require to reserve your hire car in the USA. To help us on the administrative side we will also need your billing address and a contact number. If you want any additional items like a Sat Nav unit, please also cost that out and let us know so we can add it to the reservation for you.

We will then place the reservation for you and send you an invoice by email.  The full balance will be due 6 weeks before your travel date and we will send you a gentle reminder a couple of days before hand. Once the balance has been received, your voucher will be sent to you by email and then you can complete any pre-registration or online check in facilities with your confirmation numbers.

The advantage of reserving your US car hire so far in advance is that you can lock in the current rate and protect your booking against any upward movement, whilst not yet parting with any money. You can also cancel your reservation at any time with no cost.
